Participants learned how to successfully manage a global talent workforce, international assignees, international remote workers, business travellers and ultimately all employees crossing international borders.

During the conference, we explored strategic talent mobility management trends as well as detailed practical issues related to compensation, benefits, employee experience, equity and cost effectiveness. The sessions included keynote speeches from experts and practical case studies.

This fast-paced training is designed to ensure attendees are up to speed on the key concepts and latest trends in global mobility, to ensure attendees start the conference on the front foot.
