Mercer published its fourth annual Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”) entity report in June 2026. This has been prepared for Mercer Limited (“Mercer”) pursuant to Chapter 2 of the FCA’s ESG Sourcebook, and relates to the reporting period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Mercer’s fourth TCFD entity report details how the Group’s business responsibility philosophy and initiatives are integrated into Mercer’s UK governance structure, risk management, and operations. It also provides information specific to our investment business.
